Who Are Our Customers Bridget Coyne-Urquhart William Coyne This letter is now long overdue in relating our gratitude to your office for the wonderful experience that we encountered in doing business with Coyne Financial. As a member of the Chicago Police Department, I would read each month the monthly newsletter that we receive, the FOP Newsletter, and in this newsletter there was always an advertisement for the Coyne Financial, with the emphasis on the "Police Family" and to utilize your office for all our financial matters. Furthermore, on a few occasions I would hear from some co-workers in passing, about the fine way in which they were received in helping them with their homes and related matters. As homeowners, we knew that when we purchased our home some years ago, that we would be suing this home and the equity in it for the future needs of ourselves and our two sons, should they attend college and/or other schooling. We also knew that we would have to help them in some way if they were going to succeed. Along the way, we encountered other expenses that were unforeseen and others that were desperately needed (such as a new car after 18 years with the old one). What we did not count on was the stall of the Policeman's salary in trying to keep up with the rising cost of everything else. And you can only work so many "other" jobs. We then use the house to help us along the way, and each and every time we would deal with these other financial institutions, we would get the 'smile' and 'handshake' but there was that certain atmosphere in the closings, in which they were trying their hardest to shoo us out the door and move on to the next money vault. So needless to say, we were rather skeptical of all financial Companies that are willing to do business wity you solely based upon the fact that you got a "good job." Well, then I made the phone call to your office with the idea that maybe the "COYNE" people were truly "Police Friendly," especially since I had the pleasure as a young officer back in the early '70's to work with an Officer named Mike COYNE. As a seasoned cop he did take the time to show me a few things and did so with a genuine sincerity that I never forgot. I then figured that the family has got to be on the 'square' in dealing with other police families, as that's about the only environment that both you and your brother were exposed to. Well after that phone call I knew immediately that we had found the company that was truly there to help the police family. The care, understanding and service that both my wife and I received was just the very best. Your office knew of our needs, and what we were trying to do in restructuring our finances to help with our sons as they move on to college. Most importantly though, we were TREATED as professionals with regards to our jobs, that could only come from other police types, and not treated as a money pit. For that we thank you so very much. By the time that this letter reaches your office, we will have eliminated our second mortgage and we will have redone our first which has now allowed us to free up some of our monthly saving to now funnel into the coffers of the University of Illinois. But the funnel is not squeezing us to death each and every month and for that we thank you. Without a doubt, we are in a much better financial situation then we were in the middle of August. And all it took to help us get into this better position was to respond to the FOP advertisement and make that call to the COYNE FINANCIAL LLC. We will be telling others of our complete satisfaction and praises for not so much as to the paperwork, which can be done by any company, as we found, but for the genuine, sincere, pleasant environment that your office emits. Bridget and Bill, and to your lovely Mother and your "seasoned" Dad Mike, on behalf of my lovely wife Jacqueline, and our sons, Stephen and Nicholas, my sincere thanks for everything that you did for us and in which the way it was done.
