While it still seems hard to believe, we are crafting this letter from the kitchen of our beautiful new home here at Dunning Courtes. Although there is still a bit of work to be done by the builders before we can truly say "it's finished," the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel is shining very brightly. We never thought we would be so excited about owning our first new home, but now that dream has become a reality, we just want to take a minute to formally say "Thank You" for all of your time, effort and assistance.

From the moment we called you and began looking for a new home, we were confident that we had made the right choice by placing our trust in you. From numerous trips to look at existing condominiums and town homes to that fateful afternoon we first visited "a little construction site in Dunning," we knew we were working with a true professional who would guide, counsel, protect us and keep our best interests in mind. Throughout the entire purchase process, your prompt responses to phone calls and day and night availability to put our minds at ease when doubts arose were priceless. Further, your keen understanding of the forces operating within the local real estate market and ability to help us "manage" the often tedious, time consuming and confusing nuances of a home purchase transaction were key to the success of the deal and our satisfaction with the decision we made.

As you know, we relied on your advice and recommendations when choosing an attorney to provide legal advice and a mortgage banker to help us arrange mortgage loan financing. While both were very helpful throughout the process, we would be remiss not to pay a specific compliment to Coyne Financial and our loan officer, Bill Coyne. From the very beginning, working with Bill, a friendly and knowledgeable professional, and others at Coyne Financial was one of the easiest and most enjoyable parts of the process. First, Bill quickly, and without charge, provided us with a pre-approval letter so that we could satisfy the builder's requirements that we be pre-approved by a lender before we sign the purchase contract. As the original closing date drew nearer, Bill was in constant contact with us ensuring that we were getting the best interest rate possible and all aspects of the loan were in line so that we could be clear to close. As a result of a number of delays on the builder's part, our closing date was delayed three times. After each delay, we disappointedly called Bill with the news only to find that he was able to extend the expiration date of our loan rate lock quickly and without any hassle. In the end, we closed on our new home on a Wednesday morning, despite the fact that it was first sufficiently completed to the point that an appraisal could be completed on the previous Monday. As most in the mortgage business know, having an appraisal completed and approved by the lender in time to be "clear to close" takes 48-72 hours. By calling in a few favors, Bill was able to get all this done in 24 hours and had all loan closing documents ready for the early Wednesday closing. Thanks in large part to Bill and his efforts, our closing went smoothly and quickly. Thank you so much for this great recommendation!

So, in closing, you have our gratitude for helping us through this very exciting, but complex process. Because of your help and the help of a number of other advisors we encountered throughout the process, we have realized our dream of owning a brand new home. Thank You!
